The ancient 18th century granary has been converted into a fascinating guest house, perfectly situated in the historical, artistic and commercial centre of Rome, just 200 metres from Piazza di Spagna.
It's an enchanting location, idea for enjoying the city on foot among old shops and the luxury shopping district, characteristic cafes, bars and restaurants and a traditional market.
Located on the first floor and inaugurated in October 2007, our guest hoouse has a unique style with careful attention to detail, providing comfortable, high-quality accommodation and courteous hospitality.

BY PLANE
BY CAR
From Fiumicino airport: take the Leonardo Express train or a bus service (Terravision or Siti Bus Shuttle) to Rome and get off at Termini station. Take the subway (line “A” red, “Battistini” direction) and get off at “Piazza di Spagna” station. Cross Piazza di Spagna, take Via della Croce, then via Bocca di Leone and, finally, vicolo del Lupo where you'll find us at number 11.
From Ciampino airport: take the bus service (Terravision o Siti Bus Shuttle ) to Rome and get off at Termini station. Take the subway (line “A” red, “Battistini” direction) and get off at “Piazza di Spagna” station. Cross Piazza di Spagna, take Via della Croce, then via Bocca di Leone and, finally, vicolo del Lupo where you'll find us at number 11.
Vicolo del Lupo guest house is located in the historic center of Rome, in a limited traffic area, where only residents and public transport are allowed to circulate (non residents cannot circulate from monday to friday 6:30 a.m. : 6:00 p.m., saturday 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Friday e Saturday night 11:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m.).
We suggest guests arriving in Rome by car to park in the Saba Park of Villa Borghese, about 500 mt from us. From there, through the underpass, reach Piazza di Spagna, take Via della Croce, then via Bocca di Leone and, finally, Vicolo del Lupo where you'll find us at number 11.

LIMOUSINE CAR SERVICE
On request, we can arrange a pick up service at or to the airport (Fiumicino and Ciampino) with BMW/Mercedes. The rate is 55,00 Euro from 6.00 AM to 10.00 PM, 65,00 Euro from 10,00 PM to 6,00 AM; max 4 people. We can also arrange a minivan pick up service (5/9 people, price on request)

To validate the reservation we need credit card data (only as a guarantee, no money will be taken).
Payment can be made in cash at the time of arrival or in advance by bank transfer (about a week before your arrival).
Our cancellation policy allows cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival; otherwise the penalty consists of the payment of the half amount of the entire reservation.
